Privacy Policy
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is Top Speed Überführung – see the Legal Notice (Impressum) for full contact details.
2. Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically collects technical information (so-called server log files), e.g. IP address, date and time of the request, browser type, and referrer URL. This data is used exclusively to ensure the secure and stable operation of the website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and is not combined with other data sources.
3. Contact Form
If you send us a request via the contact form, we process the data you provide (name, phone number, email address, service requested, message) solely to handle your request and for any follow-up questions (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). To protect against automated abuse, your IP address is additionally processed briefly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is deleted once it is no longer required to process your request, unless statutory retention obligations require otherwise.
4. Google Maps
On the contact page and the QR landing page, we optionally offer you the option to load an interactive map (Google Maps, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to show our location. The map is not loaded automatically – only after your explicit consent, either via the cookie notice at the bottom of the screen or by clicking "Load map" directly on the map. Only then does your browser connect to Google's servers, which may transmit your IP address and other data to Google and set a cookie (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Your consent is stored locally in your browser (local storage) and applies to future visits until you clear the relevant browser data. For more information on data processing by Google, see Google's privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
5. Cookies and Analytics Tools
Aside from the optional, consent-based Google Maps integration (see Section 4), this website currently uses no cookies for analytics or marketing purposes and no analytics tools such as Google Analytics. Should this change, this privacy policy will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be obtained in advance.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, and restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as a right to object to processing and a right to data portability. Regarding the Google Maps integration, you may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by clearing the relevant browser data (local storage) for this website. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority; the competent authority is the Landesbeauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit Nordrhein-Westfalen (State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia), Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, Germany (office: Kavalleriestraße 2–4, 40213 Düsseldorf), phone: +49 211 38424-0, email: poststelle@ldi.nrw.de, www.ldi.nrw.de.
7. Contact for Data Protection Matters
